What is Kindermusik ? 

Kindermusik is the community of families and teachers passionately committed to bringing music to children's lives.  Guided by a proven methodology combining music and childhood development research. Kindermusik brings parents and children together as it sparks magical, memorable learning for each and every child.

Kindermusik will introduce your child to a musical world filled with singing, imitating sounds, creative movement and instrument exploration.  Musical experiences are a powerful stimulant promoting development in all areas of the brain.  These programs provide parents with the tools they need to stimulate their child’s learning and promote social skills. Participation in the Kindermusik Program will promote healthy development in all areas: cognitive, physical, emotional, social and artistic/musical.  

Every Kindermusik lesson is developmentally appropriate, recognizes the uniqueness of the child, supports parental involvement and honors the parent as the child’s most important teacher.  All Kindermusik teachers are trained professionals who love working with children and are passionate about music.

Every aspect of the Kindermusik program is based on the belief that every child is musical and that music is a powerful stimulant for a child’s total development. 

The aim of the program is to “grow” musical children who are well adjusted in all areas of development, not create child musicians, therefore it is process not performance oriented.
